Q.Where does My Glute Factory currently ship to?

A.Please note we currently only ship with the United States but hope to expand to Australia and Europe very soon. 

Q. How much does shipping cost?

A. Please select your required products to the shopping cart and use the shipping estimation calculator. This will give you an accurate shipping rate for your order. 

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. Deliveries are currently estimated to take up to 1 week for US orders and up to 2 weeks for Canadian orders, except when placed during a pre-order period or if you have been notified otherwise. All time frames provided are estimates only.

Q. How do I track the delivery progress of my order?

A. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email from us (providing you used the correct email) to confirm that we have received your order. Once your order has shipped you will receive another email from us with your shipment confirmation. If you have chosen and paid for a tracked shipping service then the tracking information will be included in the shipping email. This will allow you to track the shipping of your order.

Q. I placed an order with an incorrect delivery address, can I change it?

A. We do require the correct shipping address to register at the time of ordering for our own insurance purposes. We are not able to amend this once the items have shipped, even if you log in and make changes to your delivery address at a later time. If you do use the wrong address, pleasenotify us right away. If the item hasn't yet shipped, we can cancel the order and refund you so that you can place a new order with us showing the correct shipping address.

Q. My country isn't listed when I check out, do you ship to my country?

A. If your country doesn't appear when trying to check out, it means we do not yet ship to your country. We currently only ship within the United States, but hope to expand to Australia and Europe very soon.
